INFRASTRUCTURE

 

Through Prop B.B., Safety and Technology funding, Germain Street School will receive funding for 5 drops per classroom. This will give Internet access to each classroom computer center as well as providing intranet capabilities.

The school will be wired with fiber optic cabling in the following phases:

Phase I – Library Media Center, Teacher Workstation,
Rooms 4-8, Lab Expansion and rewiring. (Install Junction Box)

Phase II –Room Stations K1-K4, Rooms 1 – 3 and
9-18.

Phase III – Western Bungalows (Fiber optic trenching?)

Phase IV – Eastern Bungalows
