Instructional Plan
The following instructional plan is designed to direct teacher and student learning so that as each year passes, more content is being taught with increasing uses of technology. The following categories will be addressed in this section: • Student Learning Student Learning will be assessed on Grade level projects, based on age and skills of the students. Each grade level will have their own objectives in Technology, which will be reinforced in the projects. Professional development will be provided so that each teacher will have competency in guiding the students to complete their projects. Teachers will also have training in using the computer for other class-related functions such as planning and grading. Assessment Checklists will be used
for students as they complete each project. This checklist can follow
them from grade to grade. They will show what each student has completed
and their basic competency in computer skills. Teachers will also
have a checklist to gauge their interface with the technology.
